St Michael's Cottages, The Hole in the Wall Road, Donaghmede, Dublin 13. (Status-ongoing) Project Link 'here'

Assembly of 18 properties (representing 32 owners) from low density cottage zoning. Secured via 4 year pre-development strategy already completed into High Density Zoning Z14, inclusion in Local Area Action Plan, designation to SDRA, KDC, with 3 transport nodes, adjoining Father Collins Park & Lake, Sea views and all local amenities. Continuing development to c.600 homes/or mixed long term tenure, including anchor retailer, shops, medical centre, Crèche, in-house community facilities, High Speed Optic fibre broadband, High tech Live-work units, expected in 6 to 12 storeys neighbourhood centre.

Assembly of 29 rear gardens (representing 46 owners) to form apartment scheme and terraced housing development in conjunction with future Dublin City Council regeneration of old Finglas Village along Seamus Ennis Road and Jamestown Road.

Assembly of 5 properties/glass houses and 7 owners. Secured rezoning to High Technology Enterprise Zone, then Secured Outline Planning permission for entrance/exit directly off new roundabout off R139 into site and by extension to all of the rear development lands (giving specific access to 14+ acres of IDA Enterprise development lands behind site).

(Behind Guinness & Adjacent St James Hospital) comprised of 13 operational business units/sites, multiple shareholders/owners in group of 29. Secured high density zoning, development of a new Masterplan with DCC including reinstatement of Harbour waterways and landmark buildings. Disposed of at post Masterplan and pre-planning stage. Bungalow & large rear garden, on Main Street, Rathcoole, Co. Kildare. (Status-completed) Project Link 'here'

Property comprised village centre bungalow with large rear garden to Naas Rd and 3 owners. Secured planning permission for 60 mixed apartments at 4 - 5 storey  plus commercial units on ground floor. This development was the anchor permission to open up an extended development of adjoining lots into the 'Eaton Square' apartment and commercial complex. Disposed of on Grant of Permission, and construction was subsequently completed...

Quarter circle shaped waste ground site with 6 owners, history of multiple planning refusals. Through in-house strategies, secured planning permission for triplex housing units, inc 2 bed apartments at ground floor, duplex 3 bed houses overhead. Disposed of at Grant of Permission, and construction was subsequently completed...

3 Cottages, End of Clonshaugh Road, Dublin 13 -at N32 junction, (Status-completed) Project Link 'here'

Comprised  4 cottages at low density adjoining Belcamp Park. Secured high density zoning and in two phases of Grant of Planning Permission for a total of 64 apartments. Disposed of at Grant of permission stage. Scheme called 'Clonshaugh Woods' and construction was subsequently completed...
